Before our BBQ-Picnic wrap, lets go for a ride and work up an appetite!

Riding from White Rabbit Coffee at 9AM, we’ll work our way up to Regard Coffee at a casual pace via the E&N Trail and Metral Drive. We’ll enjoy a sip and snack at Regard coffee and talk cycling in the city.

We’ll eventually from Regard Coffee make our way back down towards Bowen Park in time for grub at the wrap event, arriving at the park some time after noon. Don’t forget to pack a side dish to contribute!

Participants will have to sign our group ride waiver (available from the ride leader), and wear a helmet in order to participate. Bring water to stay hydrated!
