Join Strong Towns Nanaimo and Michael Geselbracht from S.E.E.D. in an informative walking tour of the historic South Nanaimo neighbourhood surrounding Bayview Elementary! We'll learn about this history of the area as well as how community engagement has resulted in a rich, robust urban built environment.
We’ll meet at Bayview Elementary on Saturday May 10th at 11:00am and go from there. Michael and the fine folks at S.E.E.D are hosting a community work party as well for those interested. If you plan on joining the work party afterwards, we ask that you bring warm, comfortable clothing and water!
