Lovin’. Lookin’. Listening’. Singer-songwriter. Ukulele shredder. New-age Folk Queen. Shel Prince is a Nanaimo gem originally from Lethbridge and just so happens to be playing Mansfield Park for the City of Nanaimo’s 2026 Concerts in the Park Series.

Shel is a 4 piece up-beat folk band formed in Nanaimo, BC who mash country, folk, and pop all together with fiddle solos, rippin’ ukulele and harmonies to create ear worm melodies. Keep a lookout for their new EP ‘Shel’, filled with Brandi Carlile epic story telling, Sierra Ferrell flare and Florence and the Machine power. Dancing encouraged.
