MLA George Anderson for Nanaimo-Lantzville will be hosting a big summer event on August 23 at McGirr Elementary. He will be hosting a free BBQ, games and fun activities in the field and then, at sundown, a movie on a big inflatable movie screen. They will also have community booths showcasing some of the great organizations in our community.  This is a non-partisan event (they are not promoting a political party), just an opportunity for the MLA to bring the community together.

The Nanaimo Area Cycling Coalition will have a booth and will be registering bikes through Project 529. Come say hello and learn more about our organization!
