MLA George Anderson for Nanaimo-Lantzville will be hosting a big summer event on August 23 at McGirr Elementary. He will be hosting a free BBQ, games and fun activities in the field and then, at sundown, a movie on a big inflatable movie screen. They will also have community booths showcasing some of the great organizations in our community, like the Nanaimo Area Cycling Coalition.
